Q. How do I use the Yoni rejuvenation suppositories
A. Do not ingest for vaginal use only !!!
Insert vaginally for 7-14 days before going to bed to help with symptoms of yeast and bv

Use 1-3 days to spot treat to refresh your vaginal ph balance after sex , menstruation, poor eating habits , or any hormonal imbalances

DO not use on your menstruation wait until the last day Is finished to use

Insert close to cervix if possible

Coconut oil can be used as a lubricant to use with the magic wand to insert if necessary but usually it isn’t

Refrain from having sex for 24 hours after using the suppositories

Use 1 at a time for 7-14 days

You may have a watery discharge or slight burning sensation please stop use immediately if unbearable

Q. What is pH
A. pH describes the amount of H ions a water soluble solution has. A solution that has a high number of H ions is alkaline or high pH and a solution with a low number of ions is acidic or low pH.

A. Boric acid is derived from the naturally occurring mineral boron. Boron occurs naturally in food and in the environment. Boric acid which is a combination of boron and water is known as the anti-fungal kill all.

A. BV can be can occur after sex. Semen is alkaline with a pH of 7.2 to 7.8 which is much higher than the vagina's natural flora. BV can occur after menstruation, a day in the pool/jacuzzi, bad hygiene, or for no good reason at all. BV is one of the most common vaginal infections. Yeast can be cause by an infected sexual partner, bad hygiene, antibiotics, high blood pressure, diabetes, tight underwear, and scented hygiene products.

A. BV occurs in the vagina when the pH rises above 4.5 disturbing the natural flora of a woman's`vagina. The vagina contains a good bacteria called lactobacilli which produces lactic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and other substances that help to stop the growth of unwanted bacteria. When the pH rises above 4.5 it causes an overgrowth of bad bacteria which leads to BV. Boric acid has antibacterial properties which helps to fight off bad bacteria and balance the natural flora.
Q. How does boric acid help relieve symptoms of Yeast?
A. Yeast is caused in the vagina by an organism called candida albicans. Yeast infections are very common and affect up to 75% of women at some point in their lifetime. Boric acid has antifungal properties which help to fight and kill the candida.
Q. Why shouldn’t I just use antibiotics to treat my yeast or BV
A. Antibiotics have been used as a method to treat yeast and BV. The most common medications are Metronidazole, Clindamycin, and Tinidazole. Antibiotics not only kill the bad bacteria but the good bacteria as well, which can cause yeast, weaken your immune system, and leave you prone to more infections.

A. For chronic BV and yeast use 1 to 2 times weekly for 3-4 months.

Q. If boric acid is toxic why would I use it inside my vagina?
A. Boric acid is only toxic in high doses and it has to go directly into your bloodstream. When inserted inside the vagina the thick membranes don’t allow enough boric acid to enter the bloodstream to be fatal or toxic in anyway. Less than .07 percent of the boric acid is absorbed.
Q. Can I use the suppositories while pregnant or nursing?
A. If pregnant or nursing do not use.
Q. Can I have sex during treatment for BV or Yeast?
A. No, please refrain from sex while using suppositories.

A. No the suppositories are meant to be used to either treat an active BV or yeast infection, maintain a healthy pH by using 2-4 times a week for 3-4 months, use 1-3 times weekly to freshen and tighten the vagina, or spot treat after sex and menstruation.
Q. Do I open the capsule and insert the contents?
A. No you insert the capsule as is pushing it up towards your cervix.
Q. Can I use during the day to relieve symptoms?
A. Yes however I would recommend using a liner as contents will come back down.
